WHEAT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.
There are many different countries which produce wheat.   This is commonly known as 'milling wheat'.

Some is used for human consumption as an ingredient to make flour.

Wheat is grown in many countries. Not all countries produce the same types of wheat.

Not all countries show the grades and specifications in the same format.

The most important specifications are

  • protein
  • moisture
  • test weight
Ukraine wheat

We work with a few different suppliers. Not all suppliers show the specifications in exactly the same way. In different parts of Ukraine, the test results vary due to weather conditions and the resulting harvest.
